When we were approached by a Georgian real estate company for a full rebrand, we knew this was more than a design project — it was a chance to help them rediscover their voice and tell their story in a meaningful, memorable way.

We then designed a new logo and complete visual identity system — one that was clean, bold, and adaptable across platforms. From typography and color palette to business cards and billboards, every element was carefully crafted to reflect sophistication, reliability, and a human touch.

To bring the brand to life emotionally, we produced a cinematic video for one of their flagship projects — Avlabari Residence.
The heart of the video is built around a simple yet powerful message:
“We make our new story in our new house ”
Through carefully composed scenes, ambient sounds, and warm, authentic moments, we captured the essence of what a home truly means. Not just walls and windows — but a living space where family stories are written and memories are preserved. The location in Avlabari, a place rich in Georgian history, added another layer of emotional depth.
